Palace in Sintra

After the conference all the antendees go on a bus tour in the area. Here I am in front of on of the palaces in Sintra. This is the main one where the Portuguese princes of yore had their Summer residence.

We had some time to play tourists - Estoril race track. No longer on the F1 program unfortunately :-(

Conference in Portugal

Today we arrived at the hotel in Sintra, Portugal where the conference will begin on Wednesday, and wow what a p(a)lace (Palácio de Seteais)!

Silje the Gamer

Silje came for a visit, and found the gaming console table very interesting. All the button were clicked and joysticks rattled.

First Hunt

Sunday I went on my first hunt. We saw three pheasants and let go a couple of rounds, but alas no luck. At least Jens's dog, Vicka, learned a new trick. Practical for scaling obstacles :-)
