Flag in Exile – David Weber

Good book, although I ground to a halt in the middle and it took me a while to get back to reading. Usually I can’t put the books down, but udacity has taken up some of my time lately. I … Continue reading

Zero Day – David Baldacci

I was actually looking for Zero Day by Mark Russinovich, and I knew a little about how that book was supposed to start, so I was a bit surprised when it didn’t 🙂 This Zero Day was luckily also a … Continue reading

Field of Dishonor – David Weber

No 4 in the series done. Definitely a good read, although there was a lack of space battles. This book focuses on one of Honor’s old enemies, and it is a killer! Enjoy 🙂 … on to no 5.

The Short Victorious War – David Weber

Yes, another great book in the series! Lots of drama and character building, great action, and even some romance. Of course, Honor is a true hero, and acts accordingly. No 4 is next on the reading list.

The Starter – Scott Sigler

Excellent sequel by Sigler. Great to follow 2(QB) – quarterback Quentin Barnes – through his first season in the GFL. Lots of good story stuff and some excellent grid-iron action! Some of the fun banter between the commentators has disappeard, … Continue reading

Ender in Exile – Orson Scott Card

Another great book by Orson Scott Card. It fills some important gaps and ties some knots to loose endings in the Ender story, and a good book in its own right. I think I have read all the books in … Continue reading
