The Great HuntBeen a while since I finished book no 1 of the fantasy classic, but happy I got around to no 2. Excellent story and interesting to follow Rand al’Thor and his companions get into a whole heap of trouble. One teeny tiny little thing that bothers me, is their (the main characters) unwillingness to share – but I guess they are not on twitter, facebook, and so on 😉

The MVPYeah! Go Krakens! Another excellent book by @scottsigler. Don’t know what to say without giving away too much, but love, drama, excellent onfield violence – ehh action – aliens, pirates, and more should wet your appetite.

Antares Dawn – Michael McCollum

antares dawnAnother great recommendation from Steve Gibson and Leo Laporte on Security Now. An isolated human world suddenly discovers a spaceship in the sky, opening the floodgates to a lot of options! The parallel love story is a bit simplistic, but hey, it works. Will be looking for the rest of the series.

Another great book in the series. They do become a little bit “more of the same”, but still excellent fiction. Next and last book in the lost fleet: Victorious. Hitting play 🙂
